Delete Your AspireLearn Account
AspireLearn (developed by Empire Tab) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated learning data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (instant)
- Open the AspireLearn app and sign in to your parent account.
- Go to Profile (Settings).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated learning data are permanently deleted from your device and our servers immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Subject: AspireLearn Account Deletion Request
Include the email address registered to your account. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account and login credentials (email address)
- All child profiles you created
- All learning data: progress, XP, streaks, achievements, and activity history
- Device push-notification tokens associated with your account
All of the above is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone. No additional retention period applies, except where we are legally required to retain limited records.
